I think the hair needs some work, it's not very smooth. Nice for a first though

its pretty good, i would have changed the skin tone so it wasnt so bright
but thats just me


the hair is too jagged for hair,
but theres several things you can do, like copy the stock image, then you can posterize it, or filter and poster edges

those can simplify the image for the vector
