So, I'm not all that new here. I've been surfing in and out thanks to Photoshop lovers.com and I love the tuts. I've been using tons of them to make some photos for Yahoo groups that I belong to. But I also have a question while I'm here. At http://www.pslover.com/click/2720 they show you how to make that cool water drop background... my problem is that I want to be able to add the white bar, but I can not for the life of me figure it out. And I'm not a stranger to photoshop... its like my computer toy. I use it for EVERYTHING. I even based an art project off a picture I made on it. So its not that I dont know what I'm doing, I just dont think the tut is well done.
