    band asked me to do a shirt design for them. i shouldn't be showing this off till they print it, but hey, i'll take my chances.

    Definatley a great T-shirt design it should look awesome. Only thing that seems off is the "Texas" being angled while everything seems to be on a horizontal type of flow. Just a personal preference though nontheless a great piece. Is it more of a local band never heard of them before and I am pretty fluent in indy stuff =/.

    They're a hardcore band from a town not too far from me. They have a myspace, I think it's just http://www.myspace.com/texasinjuly

    Thanks for the comments though, and I do see your point with the angled text.

    yeh if you angle the "July" in the other direction it would look better, pretty sweet as it is anyway tho tbh

    Found a stock, cut it, then applied a B&W gradient map, brightness/contrast, posterize, a few other small steps in between.
