May I Present Myself!?!

Well hello guys, isn't sad? Isn't it pathetic? Well, let me reintroduce myself. My name? No longer matters. It was posted all over my supposed resignation thread...

Let me post this though. It's my journal, I posted it on deviantART a mere half hour ago to alert you of this fool posing as me.

Well, as some of you already know, there is a guy going around the internet posing as me. Not only is he posing as me in a sense of claiming my art as his own, but he's sunk so low that he actually thought it was perfectly fine to call himself by my legal name as well. Keep in mind, that can be considered Identity Theft.

Now, with all this being said, he has gone to the extreme of actually hacking into one of my accounts on a forum I regularly visit, and post a resignation thread saying he was going to resign from the digital art industry because of all the vituperations he received, while posing as me. What does this mean? Not only did this prick get his feelings hurt, but he damaged any reputation I had in the process.
On top of this, apparently he got accepted onto staff at an art community by displaying my work. What does all this surmount to?

So what am I going to do about this? I have already contacted the Administrator of one of the sites, and will be contacting the other 2 momentarily. I will also be contacting the hosts of these sites to make them aware of this problem. Myself, and potentially an attorney, will be contacting his ISP, and may or may not take him to court. If he is across U.S. borders, then I will take him to World Court.

If this man has the balls to step forward, and show himself, I will be more lenient with any charges, or allegations that may ensue.

If I can get as much help from the community as possible, I will be very grateful, and hopefully reward you guys in some way; although, unfortunately, I can't promise anything. So I ask you guys as friends, coworkers, and acquaintances to help me out. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

C'mon guys. You should know by now that I don't go down without a fight. Since when was I the one to let a few people on the internet get to me? The guy posing as me was way to big a pansy to actually be me...

...so here I am, and am no longer member 301 that joined a good 3 years ago. You see, my account was hacked, and I can no longer log in to it because he changed the password. The sad part is, that I assumed I was merely banned. I haven't ever been banned from a forum so I wasn't sure what it would look like, so I sorta gave up on it. It wasn't until recently, when it was brought to my attention that there was some crazy kid posing as me that changed my password.

I apologize for the fact that I haven't been here in ages, and if I can get the help from the administrators, I'm going to need some evidence and information when I contact this kids ISP.

Also, could I possibly get my password changed so I can log into my old account?

I'll need more evidence before I contact his ISP, but I will be working on it through this weekend, and hopefully it will be enough by then.

we've moved to .net anyway so i wouldn't worry too much about getting your old account back. But we will see what we can do.

Don't know what I can do to help as I don't have any access to mod panels and such. But I will keep an eye out for other posts by him on other forums as I frequent quite a few. Though I can tell you you don't need to take him to world court. In fact you could write his ISP a nice letter at.
