You need to work on your blending. Effects are okay the lines seem unnessescary. The BG needs some work IMO. It's also kind of monotone. But the Junaid text isn't bad. :-\

Seems like its very monotone and all the pen lines are bit unneccessary and make it hard to focus on the area that you want it too, the fabolous text may need some work, like the other text though. As well as blending needs some work and make it not so bright around him; makes it look like you just did a stroke around him
