Dreamweaver button problem

well when i click an img and add a link to it it moves everything to the right. everything is sliced correctly (to my knowledge at least ) to add the link i clicked the img and then put in what i wanted it to link to in the properties bar at the bottom in the part that says link (maybe this is wrong ?)

you click/select the image, and grab the green toll at the bottom. i forgot its name, but u have 3 or 4 available forms of this green tool. with that, you mark the image and then give it a url to link to.
