Nice man i really like the effects maybe you can make a tut on this for me :P

Well, I guess I can
But the most of the effects are Outerglow with 5% Noise
And some painting, erasing, and a color balance layer, then there's the rust! xP
But it took some time, I can make some tutorial maybe.
Could be fun to try making one at least (^_^')
