    Default First time photography

This is my first real excursion into any kind of serious photo editing. I took both pictures at Lutheran Lake in southern Indiana. The first is just a picture of the lake. The second is an attempt to be artsy, from the "boat driver's point of view" through the sunglasses. I provided the originals for comparison. C & C please!

I actually like the first one's unedited version better. Maybe just use curves once on it. Make sure you remember to keep the horizon, well, horizontal, even if it means rotating it in photoshop.

The second one is ace, although I'd tone down the turquoise in the top corners.

I like the first photo, unedited. Your turned up the saturation too high in the edited versions.
