No Colors

okay this may be a dumb question but on PS i was playing with it and when i choose a color its just gray. the only colors i can use is black white and grey ive had this problem before and always was able to fix it somehow but i cant remember how PLEASE HELP

Check your color mode. Go to Image > Mode.

You probably want RGB.
