I really like this. Is the T for toshiyan a brush?

The simpleness of this makes it appealing to the eye.

The main font could be a bit lighter, imo...
The bottom links stand out a tad too much
Padding's a bit much (this is pre-coding, right?)
header looks great
The body may need more separation points later on (don't know how much you plan on putting on that site)

i think it's great, i love the colors
the whites are the only thing that bothers me, especially at the bottom
but the minimalistic approach worked very well!

lol I love when I am asked this question . For the past 2 years I
have really only used Arial for everything I do. So all the font you
see on here is Arial just manipulated, with kerning, size, caps and
lowercase letters, also colors. Even the two signatures I have on
this both only us Arial font. I've always believe that default fonts
are the best . Though there is a german font I want but it costs a lot.

There is a brush in Illustrator you can use to paint with that gives
off a more ink style paint. I used that brushed and my Wacom Tablet and drew a T.

For the links I plan on making them a different color that is darker,
or getting rid of them altogether since they're just repeats of the
navvigation.

For the padding I actually haven't coded this yet at all so the
padding was just something I threw in there. Actually all the
content from the featured work down except for the copyright
was all just thrown in there to see how it would look with
something in it.

I might actually make this a two column layout when I'm finished
since I don't really prefer a single column layout when it comes to
websites.

Thanks for the comments guys I'll keep working on it and hope I like
it more than my previous ones enough to actually finish it XD.
