The text is the first thing i notice. I would get rid of it. It's really distracting and doens't do much for the sig.
The BG is cool and wild but everything except for the render is blurred. I wouild try to fix that. it's good depth but you need to make something else sharp.

Cool effects though, looks very war-like.
