I don't know too much about space effects, but this looks good to me! The only thing is the random effects in the sky, it looks like you threw in some c4d's and they aren't necessary imo. Other than that, great job!

IMO get rid of the fractal and throw on some stars man and it would look better i can see you increased the glow on your clouds but not in its reflection..

If you added some stars it'd be hot.

My biggest problem is i can see where you masked out the sky picture the clouds are in. it's really apparent. Next time work on blending them together better. It's all about low opacity soft brush and reppitition IMO.

The texture on the planet needs work too. It doens't really look round enough and looks more like a close-up on a rock than a space texture. Sry bud you need some work on that though.

yea.. that fractal is annoying. the thing is i've already applied the image on like 5-10 layers which makes it almost impossible to take away. if i'd do so, i'd lose the photo filters and more.. the reflection has the same problem. i really appreciate your opinion though.

I'll do that. i didn't mention it's the first time i do this type of space-earth designs, so i really need tips like those. what i did, was add the clouds - which aren't exactly the best i found that fit there- then i masked'em, removed a bit with a soft black brush and blended it (not together though, as you told me). finally i just put a blue-grey gradient and sharpened it a bit.

i don't know, does it really look that bad? when i saw it again i thought it looked kind of.. interesting. i guess you have more practice in this, so tips tips please!

thanks again for all that feedback.
