Way better than your first one. The blending is decent and it has a little more depth! :P Also the text is not great but WAY better than before. Good work!

the one in ur sig is defs the best ... in the first one your render ends and you didnt blend the straight edge in.

Not bad, the eye effect is pretty cool and really draws your eye into the focal. i like it. The text needs work though, Try switching the font, though you were using as default font like you should, the coloring and font just don't work this time.
