The ultimate problem with this is that it's over sharpened and over contrasted. Take the black and white gradient maps and\or the curves and\or the levels that you used and lower the opacity on them all. Then take the shaprned layer and lower the opacity on that too.

The text is bomb though, I don't like the madjakker font though, not very good IMO. Just isn't working with the other bomb text.
also get rid of the scan lines they are pretty out of date and though youonly have them i a select few places like you should be, it just isn't working in this sig. Good job on the mderation though.
