Unreal Visions Layout

So here's a quick layout that I designed for my portfolio... I did it in about 45mins to an hour. I'm still deciding what to do with that sidebar... if i should somehow make it a nav bar, or put something there. I dunno. I'm open to suggestions... Please comment!!...

i guess its alrite but yoy may wana add sum hard bevels on the edges of the side thingsy and top thingy, to seperate from the big blue patch

oh and change the font, make it less squashed and make it yellow to tie in with the theme maybe

meh, i dont really like it. the whole thing doesnt flow well, teh navbar is ok, but i dont like the text. the unreal visions text needs some work. i kinda like the thing on the side but it doesnt fit

yeah, jsut cause you want the text big doesnt mean it should be squashed, redo the text and make it look the right proportions, not really tight

well, its kinda hard to do in a template, to put it flatly, that doesnt look like a very pro template. i suggest going to big corporate sites or big template sites and looking at the templtaes and trying to get an idea what you should do. also check out the "ask unit number 43" thread. theeres a bunch of good stuff there.
