Will you make a tut on painting hair? Your hair looks fantastic and really lifelike i can't figure out how you got it looking that nicely.

To me, his mouth looks a bit small.

This is looking really great try and give the t-shirt more shape. It's looking kinda flat.

same, actually maybe i could cause i can draw just dnt have a Graphics Tablet.

Few things to work on for the new version:
Shape the eyes and cheeks a bit more. Though there is shadow over the left cheeck, the entire cheeck doesn't have to be the same shades.

Also the shadow above his lip to the left, looks a bit abnormal. It's pretty thinck and dark. try and make it a bit smaller and lighter. most people don' have there lips curve up that way.
