    Difficulty- Average[b]

    Alright. Let's start out with a 400X400 image size again
    Colors at default

    Select the gradient tool use these settings


    Now use it on the image about 5-7 times and get something that looks something like this-


    Now go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates and use these settings


    Now, duplicate the layer and then go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical
    -Set it's blending mode to lighten

    Take the original one again and to to Edit>Transform but this time flip it horizontal and then set it's blending mode to lighten

    Last- Go to the 2nd one you made (which you originally flipped vertical) go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal too and it's mode should already be set to lighten

    It should look like this-


    Last step!! For each layer-adjust the Hue/Saturation to your preference choosing a different color for each and you should get something like this-

    Awesome tut!
    But my photoshop got screwed somehow...
    so I'll try it out as soon as it works again!
