    Define: Vector

Computer-aided design (CAD) programs and drawing applications such as Adobe Illustrator produce vector graphics which are able to be resized infinitely without loss of quality due to the method of creation via shape layers.

Added my own bit onto that ^ But 'tis not vector!

    It's "Textured"

I would really try to think about the composition of the image. There are many inconsistencies, such as the border of the smaller (city?) image. The clarity of the background homer in comparison to the foreground one. And most importantly the flow of the text.

If i were you, I would rearrange this so that everything fits and looks a little better together, remove unnecessary parts, if it is there to fill the picture up, don't bother with it. Negative space does this better!
