I'm not really liking it. To me, it looks like you took a couple C4D's and just put them over the eye on multiply and erased it off the surfaces of the eye. Then it looks like you painted white over some corners of the eye and added a lens flare to the pupil of it.
All in all, I think you need more work with the 'eye'-type signatures. I'm not sure if you've made them before but to me it looks like you have little to none experience with it. Maybe read a couple tuts?

lol theres alot more to it then that trust me lol this is only my second eye sig anyway so be a lil more gentle

I agree with tuna. At least make the c4d blend in and not stand out so much and it's very messy work. I know you could do so much better.

but yea its my second eye type sig my first one was from rachet and clanks tut

It looks a lot better than your first to be honest. xD
The C4D in the center of the eye looks weird though. Try to make it like the eye is "looking" at something and put it's reflection into the pupil of the eye. That would be pretty cool. xD
