Pretty nice, like the first one. Border's abit thick in my opinion but really nice job.
The colors are nice. But in order to help the focal i think you should get rid of some of the effects at the top fo the sig. Fantastic colors though very diff fromt he usual. Just work on the blending. The text is fantastic.
