First off, welcome to the Void.
I love the flow of the sig and the colour choice (or lack thereof) was very good. The text isn't bad and it does really fit. I like the pen tooling and brush strokes that you added. Basically you did a pretty good job. Only thing to say is maybe don't put any text in the corner, that "MD" might be put closer to the render. Really nice job, it's a great outcome. :P

Nice text. That is so bomb.
The effects and flow are pretty cool but i think it could use mroe depth and blending. Overlap your effects ontop of the render a bit more.
