Spinning/Rotating text

Can someone tell me or knows of a tutorial to make spinning/rotating text.

What i mean is picture the world ..

Text center on a canvas. How do i make it so it spins around and around on the same axis never moving besides spinning/rotating.

Not really something to do in photoshop as its animation.
What other programes you got?

actually you can do it in photoshop. I did it awhile ago...but it was a REALLLY long time ago.

I think what i did was:
Create your text. THen cduplicate it and do Edit> transform> flip horizontal.
Then create two animation slides. the first one have the first one up the second one have the second one up.
Then just tween in the middle like 15 slides. Once that done copy and paste all the slides and take the pasted slides and reverse them.

I think that should work. I'm not sure though.
