First of all welcome to the void. Please don't take the next part fo this comment to harshly. I'm just trying to help you in the long run.

I gotta say. I checked out your dev page and it's not bad. But that specific link is one of your worse illys.
The text at the bottom doesn't go at all. Seriously you shoudl really add a pixel font to it, or maybe a eroded font. but that might be overkill if it wasn't done exactly right.

The effects don't blend. they are everywhere with literally no rhyme or reason.
And whats with the color combo? Red, green, blue, orange, yellow, pink? Does not work man. You need to shape that color combo better and stick with it.

Did you vector the face or not? By the pen tooling in the BG i'm doubting it, but it's possible you did as it seems you have pretty decent experience with illustrator by your dev art.

Finally, IMO this is not unique...at all. It looks like the classic trend whores style. I want to see something that will really pop. Somethign i havent seen before.

Overall i think it's a decent idea with..not so good execution. You need to work on it.
