those damn rimmed circles

hey guys ive been pestering with this issue for a few weeks now, and it seems to only happen on my laptop. Whenever i try to apply a radial gradient i get noticeable rimmed circles instead of a smooth gradient no matter the bit depth or whatever else ive changed. It doesnt happen on my other computer but when i transfer the psd over to my laptop the same thing happens. Its starting to piss me right off. Any suggestions?

it will probably be ur graphics card or something

try resetting the settings of photoshop as well
im not sure but i thnk u hold down ctrl+alt+shift as ps loads up and it will ask if u want to reset it, and yeah if it works go on yes

or else reinstall ur ps
atleast i do that whenever i smell smthing fishy with it XD
