i have a movie in avi file and i was wondering were i could take a 2 min clip from it and save it in a small but good quality file flash might work but to big i think and i donno how to do it someone helppp

I don't much much about video type shit, but I used to have this program called fraps that could record parts of movies and other shit like that. Might be what you're looking for?

You could try Virtual Dub
