Rules are as follows:
Depending on the theme, either style - heavy actionscript / heavy timeline use, will be chosen. Dimensions will be set at the beginning, and the goal will be to create a regular sized flash sig. (Mind, you cannot import images from photoshop. I WILL allow imports from adobe after effects though.)
