Ok...first dumb question..

So now with CS3 half my menu options are grayed out for some reason. Blending modes are missing, so are filters, and half the other crap. What's going on here?

Go to Image > Mode. You probably want to be on RGB in 8 Bits.

I buy all my toys Incedentally..I ditched CS3. Too much of a memory hog.

that's what i've noticed. i don't dare upgrad from cs2 because of that very reason. I don't know what Adobe thinks we're using here....no one I know has a super computer. It's almost as if that damn program needs it's own removable hard-drive. ugh.

lol, im using CS4 and its good, i used to have CS3 before but i got a new computer, so i just got CS4 as it was the lastest thing and i love it
