Photoshop Help

This is my first time on here, and I am not sure where to start, but I am looking for some help in figuring out how to fix bulging eyes in Photoshop. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. Thanks, luv2snapit

Well, from the font size and font choice, my eyes are certainly bulging as a result. But anyway, welcome to the void. It would probably help if you posted the reference picture, because it's kind of hard to pick a solution when the problem hasn't presented itself yet .
