Default Couple from Class (Warning: Boobage)

above: Self portrait I did about a year ago in my Drawing I class.

above: Something I did in my Figure Drawing I class about a month ago.

Both look really good. The one thing I didn't like was the inconsistency on the negative side of the first image. The teeth aren't the same on both sides. I understand the negative effect, but there shouldn't be a difference of shape, at least from my perspective. If you intended to do that, then I guess that makes my criticism moot.

The bottom piece is well done too. The girl seems REALLY skinny near the bottom.

I agree with Solaris about the lips. The negative side of the first one seems really isolated from the first by not having the same shaped mouth/teeth. But what's done is done, don't try redoing it! :P

Second one is hot and I love the colors used. The brown stands out a bit for me and could've perhaps done with some highlights/shadows to help it be more consistent with the rest of the image. Overall good job though.

There aren't any teeth on the negative side . My mouth is closed, those are lips =/

That's what I was pointing out. I figured that was the intention. I meant to make a point of noting the continuity. Artistic interpretation is sometimes difficult, because I can't tell if you expected a certain outcome, or intended for something to appear a certain way. D:

I went back and looked at the drawing, and I rescind my statement about continuity. I noticed that on either side, the facial expressions are different, so now I see what you were intending to do. Looks great!

The nose and face seems misproportioned to me.

The hair and ears look decent though.
