It looks like you closed photoshop prematurely. Either that or you had a bad file save. Happens every once in a blue moon. Happened to me awhile back in flash. Spent like 5 hours on a project, went to save it and closed out. Came back that monday and the thing was corrupt. Talk about peeved.
