hehe that helm is awkward looks like its duplicate->flip horizontal'd...
anyway about the sig.. It looks pretty okay, Text isnt too good but decent. BG looks kinda flat, maybe try to make a layer ontop of the render and brush above it a bit, this will give it a fake effect of depth ^^

Im not feeling anything but the text if im honest, the cutout just doesnt blend in at all for me, and the background looks flat, did you smudge for the background? If you did a tip i could give you that works some of the time for me, is after ive done the smudging for the BG i usually make the smudge brush i used a little smaller, gives it abit more depth ^^
