It's ok. I've never done a vector so I may be way off here. I think you have too much colour variations going on. Your back ground seems empty and the text doesn't quite seem right.

I like the placement of everything in general though.Good job.

It's a fun one, but I don't like the colours of the arrows, they don't match our good friend Charzard.
I would try and stick with reds, oranges and yellows, instead of expanding the colour range too wide, other than that, it's pretty nice.

keep the color scheme to colors that match add a new font and maybe add a little in the bg, looks pretty good though

just have to point out, its charmander and not charzard charzard is charmanders 3rd evolved form, just had to tell you

other than that i really like this, simple and fun just dont like the text, thats my only complaint
