    Anyone know what programs can open these 2 kinds of programs?

    They aren't meant to be opened by themselves. their stored information for access by an installer program.

    So there isn't a program you can get that will install them, they are just part of another setup?

    nope those are image files, use daemon tools. these files are usually incorperated with warez o_o... these files are meant to be burned onto a disc.

    nero buring rom or alchohol or something you can burn them directly to cd and it works 100% but if you don't wanna use cd use daemon-tool

    I had also got a file called .nfo

    So it sounds like I put these files on to a disc and they will work?

    .nfo file contains info from scene release open it in notepad and you can find valuable data from there

    Or something called "Damn NFO Viewer" or whatever it's called.

    For viewing .NFO files download Damn nfo viewer here
    To mount .cue and .bin files download daemon tools here
