Not really liking it tbh... Looks like you havn't done much at all, any the render doesn't suit the C4Ds either. The coloring is wrong, even on the BG which is just a large C4D. Text is off aswell.

totally disagree with splinter. Thats a good piece of work flatty, only i would suggest a subtle tone of c4d color,
New Layer> light or dull purplish color brush on the c4d and some good blending opetion, say softlight or lighten XD
and blur that c4d so focal comes more out
i like that work under her neck

bg needs more work, its lacking depth, also a bit dark, the focal of the girl seems squished down, when you resize an image to fit your canvas hit Ctrl T, then hold shift and resize it will keep image in right scale. There is also a small white/blueish line around the girls hat, needs more rendering to blend in better, also try feathering the edges to blend in more. lighting is nice, c4d work is ok, could use some more done to it imo. looks like c4d's just got pasted in there and not much done to them. border is uneven left side border is smaller than right. Text needs more work, it seems too simple, and font doesn't match with the theme of the sig, placement could be better also, the blue text over blue c4d thing looks funny. hope that helps, and good job just needs a little more work.
