I like it actually. Try a smaller border maybe though, but if you do, you may find the top right a tad empty. Your text is pretty nice.

@ top right I agree, I just can't get the right effect it's so hard actually lol..
it either gets to LQ or looks out of place..
I'll work more with this.

V2 definitely looks better. I don't really like the border though. I think that without the border or with a smaller border, it would look better. Nice colours and effects.

put a 3 px border of an orange color that matches the border then put a a 2 px border on after and it will be a black border with an orange border inside it

I think you need to define the render slightly, it blends in way too much.
Nice effects, but I'm not a fan of the text, you should change that for sure.
Slightly over-contrasted, but it's alright, you just need more definition in your different elements.
