I was sitting at the bar at the pizza place where I work today, since I was having my lunch break, when one of the employees who wasn't working came and sat next to me. My manager, Gino, came up to the bar and jokingly said "I'll give you a hundred and eighty-nine dollars if you eat this shaker of salt." Apparently, the other employee wasn't very bright, and said in all seriousness, "I'll do it for 20." Being the devil's advocate that I can be, I said that I'd chip in half of it if he did eat it. So the employee proceeded to unscrew the salt shaker, and poured the whole thing into his mouth. The look of paina nd anguish on his face was priceless. After he sifted it around in his mouth for a little while, he spat it all out into a garbage can, losing the bet. He then proceeded to vomit profusely in the bathroom. Gino and I laughed hysterically at his misfortune, and as a token of my appreciation for his entertaining me, I gave him $5. So all was well.

Anyone else want to share a story about watching someone do something idiotic for a bet?

one of my funneiest moments was last year when i was bowling with some friends, we were all having fun just skrewing around, i mean, we dont care if we bowl a great game, so then, I get the bright idea "someone should slide down the lane head first." Well, being as it was my idea, naturally, they made ME do it. but it was FUN, and it was freakin halarious, didnt even get kicked out or anything. of course, we had rubbed all the wax off the floor by then from sliding down it on our feet. was way to much fun, with so little effort.

I had this party one time in December while there was a bunch of snow on the ground. My homies thought it would be funny if a couple of them ran outside in just a pair of boxers and, you know, ran around in the snow. Maybe made some snow angels, or jumped on the trampoline. So they did. Didn't even ask for any money or anything.

haha! all funny stories, although im not sure i believe the one about the puddle...

i have a mate who is proper idiotic, and he is awesome at trial and flatland biking right... so, we naturally always dare him to do shit on his bike... a couple of months ago, this happened:

there is a big furniture shop in the town where i live, that used to be a petrol station, therefore it has a massive forecourt/carpark at the front. the building wraps around this forecourt and has a raised banked ledge around the outside of one of the walls. (here is a picture i just drew of it for this anecdote):

right, anyway... what happened was, we dared this kid to try and bunnyhop onto this ledge and ride across it. (it is only like 2 foot wide) so he was like, "yeah!! ill do that!!! watch me!!! ill wheely it!" we did tell him to just try and ride across it first but he didnt listen. he ended up smashing through the massive pane of glass that was on the side of the ledge, setting off the alarm, getting mud, blood and tiremarks on the creamy-shite carpet in the shop, and lying there groaning. then, to our utter surprise, he jumps up onto his now slightly mangled bike (its a stupid lightweight aluminuim trials bike) and rides off shouting "quick!!! run or my dad will get us!!!" what we didnt know was that his dad is a fucking cop and on duty at the time!!!

    the end.

Dude, that's so nasty how someone could actually take down a whole salt shaker. Does that kid have problems or something, because I would never do that for any amount of money.
