Then I recommend learning. Really.
As for what you have right now, there isn't a lot I can say. I recommend using a sans serif font instead of a serif font for the body though, for readability. The navigation seems a bit out of reach. I'd make it more accessible.

i was going to change the Navi probably.

In agreement with most of the comments made above. You really should give CSS a bit of your time, because it's always good to be able to develop your designs as well as create them (probably sounded weird, but assume develop refers to markup). As far as the actual design, this looks more like a bones structure than a design. I would have to see a completed design with content to be able to give it much more thought. Just offhand, work on your font consistency, you really shouldn't use fonts that are in totally different families. Sizing is also important because often size is determined by...well, importance. So find a happy medium for the typo you want to incorporate and try to keep everything nice and balanced.
I'm also not sure about your placement of "content" underneath the post details. Semantically speaking, you should try to use headers above post details if you intend to use headers at all. Also, the spacing of the elements you have so far is a little inconsistent. There's way too much padding on the content for the post, and the post details is all the way on the left. Just a bit confusing for me is all.
I'd like to see where you take this, so do some more work on it and keep us posted. I'll give you as much feedback as I can when I am able to.
