    Default Contest Entry

Ok, so I recently entered this contest, and we had to manipulate this photo, any way we wanted:

And here's how I manipulated it:

I didn't win, but I like what I did with it.

looks too overbrightened and the effects aren't spectacular. It's not bad, just you could of tried something alot more experimental imo.

Yeah, thing is , I knew everyone else was going to try and overdo things and try to make it as crazy as possible...and I thought I'd make it have a natural look to it. Less is more I thought.

I think I of all the entries, I did more changes to the truck itself, like the color, the text that was previously on, even the window and the little metal peice that previously said something else, and I put NJ on it lol......and then I tried some effects which I'm not good with yet.

But you're right, I could have experimented a lot more.
    Thanks.

the red is a great color change rly helps this truck pop out . i think the jersey sticks out a little too much. drop it back a little, let the reflection do its work, IMO lower the opacity a bit and maybe even mask out some of the edges a tad tad bit.

The effects of it mocving like on the wheels are okay and work with the blurred BG but i think it was a bit overdone. Maybe a bit more subtle next time?

Yeah definitely more subtlety next time. I overdid it because I couldn't stop working on it. Every time I would continue to make more changes. I think that was my problem.

    Thanks for the feedback.
