If you did want to make the blood more red you could use Adjustment Layer>Selective Color to boost just the red tones without making the rest of the image more saturated. I think it looks good as it is though, personally good cropping and tones and the focus and depth of field are spot on.

hehe actually i allreday did that xD it was even more piruklpe on the original xD
