Pretty decent, though i think you have to work on making one significant focal point, also im not feeling the text, although you have kept it simple i think it overpoweres the tag. you need to keep it small, but noticable so people know what your tag is about. also the border, you want to keep them simple imo, make them 2 pixels black. thats all

Too much things going on. Text is being overpowered and you can't read it, the one on the left. Are there two focal points? Make sure there is one. Rectify these things. Border sucks IMO. I'm feeling the effects though
