Putting to use comments from you guys and again implimenting the pen tool i made this. I also tried to make his arm look like it is coming right at you. I really like the way it turned out. C&C please!

Pretty good, and the action is good, but there are two things I notice.
The blending isn't very good, you have to work on matching the render to the background.
Second is the text, as a general rule, text should be together, doesn't have to be, but that is a common thing.
The pen tooling is good, but not in the right place.

I like your style but there's a lot of work needed on this one.
Very simple, I mean it's not like you don't have effects it's that you need more. Make it eye catching.
Blending, try to blend your render into the sig instead of having it stand out.
Good sig otherwise though.
