The last one wouldn't work in grayscale. Grayscale is a big thing to remember when making logos for companies. Along these lines, the patterns in the background of the second logo would get lost in grayscale, and if either the first or second one were reduced in size, they wouldn't become nearly as strong.

Your logos look very dated... They are well made, but I feel like I've gone back in time to the early 90s.

I also agree with Tavro about them not being very practical. The last one, when reduced to letterhead size would not work at all.
