    Default CS4 Brush Display Problems

I'm having a serious issue with CS4 on my laptop. I don't know what happened but sometime yesterday, the soft brushes in my preset manager started appearing as hard brushes. ALL brushes all looked hard in their thumbnails. When I used them, they worked just fine. Until today. I was just working on something, and using brushes I knew were soft brushes, yet they were not working right!!! They were painting as hard brushes. I don't get it!! What's happening? I just updated my graphics card drivers. Still no fix. I've never had this problem, and CS4 on my other computer is running just fine. Is there a setting somewhere that may have gotten changed? Or is this a known issue with this version of Photoshop?? Should I re-install the program?

HELP!! My brushes are USELESS now.

EDIT: Okay I was wrong, in my actual preset manager, the brushes show up fine. In the window where I actually choose the brush to use, they all appear as hard pixely brushes, instead of what they should and used to look like. And like I said a minute ago, they don't paint the way they are supposed to anymore. All I get now are hard, pixely brushes on my images.

I suggest uninstalling photoshop if you can't find another way to fix it. I think there's a repair option in photoshop.

    OH MY GOD

I just had a BLONDE MOMENT!!!!!!!!!!!

Please ignore this entire topic. I had it on pencil instead of brush. And I didn't even notice.

I would like to nominate myself for R-tard of the year!

I was figuring it was as simple as that, but I didn't want to assume anything.
