Thats why the images are looing like they are cut.
And really they are my first so dont expect smooth shading like jerner there XD
Ironman<----took 1 day.

Pierced heart: <----- it looked hot in my book but the scanner spoiled it >.< took 3 hours

Dino hatching<-------i m glad the bottom is cut off, it was looking weird

nice drawings man, you got some talent there, keep workin on them, I used to draw a while back, a trick i used when drawing curves without any tools. You use your hand and your pencil as a compass using your pinky knuckle as the point of contact to pivot on, then spin the paper using your other hand and you can draw almost perfect curves, and circles. very nice stuff tho, you in art classes or somethin?
-
Iron man is good. All these picture lack any real lighting though. They should have a light source and highlights/shadows.
-
nyah domino, i go in no classes
and i dint use any tools there, everything is made with 0.5 mm pencil, everything isfreehand. and i know thattrick its really good XD
um ratchet i dont know how to shade properly, just tried my hand there, i think i m improving. cmon those are my first drawings lol, i wll surely make better next time i promise
Psst. do i edit in ps smudge it and enhance it and then post it here, it will looks better XD

Nice Buu you should colourize them and add some lighting and shadows

Kid it's good in general for a beginner but work more on perspective and detailed shading. Leave some white for highlights etc, and try get the perspectives of different angles correct. Good job though.

i get what you are saying mark, thanks for the comments

LOL
Sweet dude, I can tell you one thing, I wasn't close to this good when I started out.
Are you sure it's your first ?
But seriously, I'm impressed, It shows that you do know what you're doing ( regarding shading and shaping in general )
( sorry for not being more specific right now, in a hurry )
Show us more !

wow thats a huge compliment fcourse jerner XD
yah those are my very first drawings, i never drew even when i was in school and had art classes compulsary all i did was scratches here and there. But that was 5 years ago. and it wasnt any good i tell u xD
i recently started in animation classes and they are teaching me basics now, those stragiht lines without lifting ur hands and stuff, but i am too impatient to wait and create my own so i just started drawing, Ironman i took a reference of an image but the other 2 are just my imagination.
i m drawing another one right now which i want to makeinto a digital painting.
Though i m very slow in sketching since i dont have a clear view of perspective and human shaping.
maybe you can give me some tips to improve. I did like to know how you do that smooth shading. do u smudge it in photoshop or do u use that graphite particles and brushes? well i learned about them on the internet when i was searching for lessons in shading
