how to make a curve line ?

Hi, how are you every one ?
i want to ask about a thing, i usually see in designs, but couldn't know
how to do it, using photoshop of course !

it's the curve lines as shown in the pic below :



i don't know what could make this thing !!! really don't know !
so, please help !

u just select the pen tool and do the following steps ( a mini tut just for u, coontaact me if u want some more guidance on this
