I dont think it matches the style that blink 182 has. But the wallpaper does look pretty sweet!

I tryed to make it a bit grungy and still clean at the same time. I love it though. Thanks for comments...Keep them coming

Wow, looks nice Oblivion! I love the background and I like how the band members are blended well but still very easily visible. I think maybe change the text and add a few more interesting effects and it will be even better. Overall it's a great job and I hope you continue to work on your graphics and greaten your abilities because you show some promise and potential!

Actually, I mean the font, not text. Sorry. I think either make it bigger or change the font.
