Recipes from Tuna
Well, as you guys can see in my introduction, I love to cook, I just keep a little log about what foods I think are good and not, and I mise as well post some here.
(My measurements are very odd, but work)
Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry(approximately 20 minutes time for prep. and cooking)
1. 1 1/2 handfuls of ground beef
2. 3 potatoes (medium sized, slightly smaller than your fist.)
3. 5-6 broccoli stalks (you can really use as much or little as you want.)
4. Some sort of beef enhancing spice (ie: steak sauce, BBQ, steak seasoning, all purpose seasoning, I even used crushed red peppers with Mrs. Dash.)
5. Margarine/Butter or Crisco oil, anything to make the pan non-stick..
How to prepare:
Take your ground beef and make it as flat as you want and apply the beef enhancing spice, make sure it gets all around the meat.
Peel and then dice your potatoes into chunks the size of a tsp.
Put your burner on High, slap on a little bit of butter, or put in a bit of Crisco oil, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan, toss in your diced potatoes; stir them every 30-45 seconds.
Once your potatoes have tanned, and are getting partially cooked add in the beef (still in giant patty form)
Now, take your spatula and slowly mix the beef until it chunks up into pieces the size of or smaller than the potatoes.
Immediately after you do this, add the broccoli.
Stir this every 30-45 seconds until the meat has cooked thoroughly.
Enjoy!
I'll be adding in more later! Enjoy the recipes guys!

I got a new one for you guys. REALLY good!
Asian Stir-Fry (10-12 minutes to prepare)
Some sort of Asian sauce to complement chicken & beef.
Chicken
Steak Chunks
Noodles (already cooked, but cold)
Broccoli
Green Beans
Carrots (sliced)
Potatoes (sliced)
Take a nice pan you think would be good for stir-frying (A wok would be good for this)
Turn your burner to the highest setting and let the pan get REALLY hot.
Dump in your Asian sauce (leave about 1/3 of a cup of it in the container, you'll need it later) the chicken and the beef. (REMEMBER TO CONSTANTLY STIR THIS OR YOUR FOOD WILL STICK TO THE PAN LIKE SUPER GLUE! I KID YOU NOT!)
Once the chicken and beef are almost done put in the potatoes, carrots and green beans.
After about a minute of that, put in your noodles and the rest of that sauce.
Once the noodles are re-heated take your stir-fry out and enjoy!
