Alright first thing I see are the pink effects, not Angelina.
They are qell done effects, but she is just covered too much. And she is too small for the effects that you have used.
The white space to the right of her isn't good, you could make those two lines on the side going parallel to the pink splatter and that would be good for the flow and take away all that space.
Not bad, just work on it.

I don't HATE the pink, but I don't think it suits the sig. Those bars on the right are completely off-putting.

You can.
If you use a selection tool or pen tool, you will be able to copy that area into a new layer, then you can rotate it to the position that Ptka mentioned. The remaining space can be covered by the clone brush or another selection.

Don't be afraid to chop up your stock. Sometimes we need to move around some of the elements so that they work in the way that we want them to
