Tbh I really dislike both sorry. The Bg is dull and the focal is way too bright. In both I can't even make out the focals and the color scheme is very random imo. Sorry man.

I think i agree with mark, about the bright focal, but i do like the colours, i think the text needs a bit of work, and i love the bg

i think the gundom us too sharp imo i lik the effects coming from the gun on the 1st one maybe make it colored on the b/w version not really liking the dotted or dashed boarder but hey keep workin on this one man i wanna see a v3 and v4 to try some different things lol
