Hmm what can I say about it... I can't say much cause I'm a newbie here but I don't like the text, the render should be more sharpened, but i like the background it fits Sasuke

Do not give up, try looking at Tutorials sections and make more siggies

To be honest, its not very good. The background works, but the sasuke render needs to be sharpened... a lot. Text need some work as well. If you need help, go look in the Photoshop Tutorials > Signature Tutorials. thats a great place to start. Once you learn a few things, you can go to www.deviantart.com for more advanced stuff. Keep workin at it bud!
